Wee Donkey Smoked Chipotle & Fire Roast Garlic is from our range of exceptionally fine sauces, hand-crafted in small batches and made in the UK. Created by the team behind Bandito Burrito in Windermere, Lake District, Cumbria, using Chipotle – the ultimate Mexican chilli, slow-smoked and fermented, then married with fire roasted garlic. As well as an accompaniment to Mexican favourites its smoky heat is also perfect for grilled meats and BBQs, or anything that could use a little extra smoke, depth and fire.
